I get genuinely scary anxiety thinking that I might accidentally deliberately download that thing, and despite having no Microsoft applications, feel immediately compelled by the icon to double-click it, only to be completely taken aback when my home directory gets deleted. People, if I hit myself on the head with a hammer, it hurts. That's pretty stupid of me, but the hammer still isn't a trojan. Even if someone writes chocolate on it...
